Exceptional service from the front desk staff made a difference. they promptly addressed my requests, ensuring my room was quiet and comfortable. The gel manicure I received at the spa lasted impressively long, showcasing the quality of their services. However, breakfast was a bit hectic, and I found some of the dining prices to be on the steep side. While the location was excellent for exploring the city, navigating the busy breakfast rush was challenging.

missingWrote a review on Oct 14luxurious ambiancefantastic room servicespa treatmentslong elevator wait
I spent 5 nights in a Double Room with Two Queen Beds and absolutely loved the luxurious ambiance, especially the fantastic room service that brought me morning tea with a little succulent plant! The indoor swimming pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, the elevator wait time could be a bit long during peak hours, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

Room service took longer than expected on one occasion.

missingWrote a review on Sept 26room layoutexecutive loungepoor housekeeping
Solid room layout with a decent city view, providing easy access to the downtown area. The executive lounge offered a basic breakfast spread, enough to kickstart the day without needing to leave the hotel.
Upon arrival, check-in was surprisingly slow, with only one person handling a long line. this made the wait drag on. The promised city view turned out to be an office building staring back, disappointing for a stay that highlighted city sights. Housekeeping missed cleaning crucial aspects of the room, specifically the toilet, leading to irritation during the stay despite multiple requests. Dining options fell short, particularly in-room meals that were less than appetizing, leaving a bit to be desired for a luxury brand. Additionally, no turndown service was offered, which felt like a miss on their part for such a tiered hotel.

Had an amazing time with friends! We hit up the Skydeck and took a stroll through Millennium Park. The hotel is super convenient to all the main attractions, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of great dining options nearby. The room service was on point.
One downside was the bar service. We had to wait quite a bit for our bill after ordering drinks, which was annoying during our busy stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Millennium Park and the Riverwalk. I especially enjoyed the beautiful room and the fantastic soaking tub. The staff at the front desk and bellhops were extremely helpful and made our stay pleasant. It was unfortunate that the pool was out of service during our visit, which disappointed the kids, but overall, it was a great experience.

I really loved my stay here, especially enjoying the cozy breakfast with a great coffee and the beautiful indoor pool that helped me unwind after long days. The room service was fantastic too, delivering a lovely tea that came with a sweet little plant, which I took home as a keepsake. The only downside was a minor lamp in my room that didn't work, but it really didn't take away from my overall experience. 🌟

This hotel has a stunning lobby and a friendly check-in experience. Even though our room wasn’t ready, they securely stored our luggage, which allowed us to explore the city without worry.
